As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Cookies and user tracking

The Internet pages do not use cookies and do not contain any user tracking mechanisms.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • IP address
  • Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. These data are not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check these data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of an illegal use.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interests lie in the error analysis of the website and to enable the blocking of the IP address and, if necessary, the prosecution in the event of misuse of the website, for example in the event of denial of service attacks. The data will be deleted after 6 months.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The data entered is transported via a secure connection (TLS/SSL encryption).

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a, b and c GDPR.

The data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and will be kept for the duration of the statutory retention obligation (6 years in accordance with § 257 Paragraph 1 No. 2, Paragraph 4 HGB), insofar as these are commercial letters. If the data entered are data which are not necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures and which are not commercial letters, you can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a simple e-mail.

In the event that you contact us regarding an application, we process the data exclusively for processing the application procedure. Until the completion of the application procedure, the processing is carried out in accordance with § 26 Paragraph 1 BDSG. After completion of the procedure, your data will remain stored for 6 months in order to be able to understand the reasons for the decision in the event of any complaints. After 6 months the data will be deleted. The legal basis for this storage is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR.

Newsletter data

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

SSL encoding

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Data integrity

We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
