Pardot
We use the Pardot Marketing Automation System ("Pardot MAS") from Pardot LLC, 950 E. Paces Ferry Rd. Suite 3300 Atlanta, GA 30326, USA ("Pardot") on our website. Pardot is a special software for recording and evaluating the use of a website by website visitors. As far as Pardot LLC processes personal data, the processing takes place exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions. We have entered into an individual agreement with Pardot LLC to ensure that Pardot LLC complies with the EU Data Protection Directive.

When you visit our website, Pardot MAS records your click path and creates an individual user profile using a pseudonym. For this purpose, cookies are used that enable the recognition of your browser. By agreeing to the use of cookies the first time you use our website by confirming the so-called cookie acceptance banner or by continuing to use our website, you also agree to the use of cookies from Pardot.

The data will be deleted after 6 months. 

Contact form

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The data entered is transported via a secure connection (TLS/SSL encryption).

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a, b and c GDPR.

The data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and will be kept for the duration of the statutory retention obligation (6 years in accordance with § 257 Paragraph 1 No. 2, Paragraph 4 HGB), insofar as these are commercial letters. If the data entered are data which are not necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures and which are not commercial letters, you can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a simple e-mail.

In the event that you contact us regarding an application, we process the data exclusively for processing the application procedure. Until the completion of the application procedure, the processing is carried out in accordance with § 26 Paragraph 1 BDSG. After completion of the procedure, your data will remain stored for 6 months in order to be able to understand the reasons for the decision in the event of any complaints. After 6 months the data will be deleted. The legal basis for this storage is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR.

Newsletter data

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

SSL encoding

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

You have the right:

to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. to immediately request the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;

to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;

pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete the data and we no longer need the data, but if you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have filed an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;

pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another person responsible;

in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future;
