4. Cookies
Our website uses the so-called „Cookies“ which serve for making our internet presence all in all user-friendly, more effective and safer – when it comes to accelerating the navigation on our platform. Moreover Cookies allow us to measure the frequency how often our website has been visited and the general navigation. Cookies are small text files, which are stored onto your computer system. We expressly inform you that some of these Cookies will be transmitted by our server onto your computer – the so-called “Session Cookies”. These have the effect that they are automatically deleted from your hard disk after the Browser session. Other Cookies remain on your computer system and allow us to recognize your computer system at a next visit (so-called persistent Cookies). Of course you can refuse Cookies at any time if your browser allows that.
5. Using Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text files which will be stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of the website use. The information generated through a Cookie about your use of this website (including IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and is stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your website use, to compile reports about the website activities for the website operator and to render other services connected with the website use and its internet use. Google will also transmit this information to third parties, if necessary and in as far as this is prescribed by law or in as far as third parties process these data on behalf of Google. Google will by no means link your IP address with other data of Google. You can avoid the installation of the Cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. We draw your attention to the fact that in this case you will not be able to use all functions of this website to a full scope. By using this website you confirm to agree with the processing of the data collected by Google about you in the manner and purpose described above. The data collection and storage can be refused at any time with effect for the future. Our contact address for the refusal can be found in our imprint. Alternatively you can use the deactivation add-on of Google Analytics (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) provided that it is available for your browser.
6. Using Facebook Plug-ins
In our internet presence we have integrated so-called plug-ins of the social network facebook.com (in the following “Facebook”). Facebook is a company owned by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA.
Each time you visit a website of our internet presence which is provided with such a plug-in this will cause the browser used by you to load and display the optical illustration of the plug-in from the Facebook server. Thus the Facebook server is getting information about which website of our internet presence you are visiting at that moment.
If you are a Facebook member and you log in during the time you visit our internet website, Facebook will recognize through the information sent by the plug-in which website of our internet presence you are visiting and will allocate this to your personal Facebook user account. If you activate one of the plug-ins e.g. by clicking on the “I like” button or by commenting something this will be sent to your personal account on Facebook and stored there. Moreover the information that you have accessed our internet presence will be transmitted to Facebook no matter if you activate one of the plug-ins or not.
In order to prevent the transmission and storage of data about you and your surfing behavior by Facebook you must log out of Facebook before you can visit our internet presence. In Facebook’s remarks on their data protection and privacy policy you can find more information on their collecting and using data, your relevant rights as well as the setting options for protecting your privacy.
7. Using the Google "+1" button
On our website we use the "+1" button of the social network Google+ (Google Plus) owned by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043 USA, (in the following "Google").
Each time you visit a website of your internet presence which is provided with a "+1" button this will cause the browser used by you to load and display the optical illustration of the "+1" button from the Google-Server. Thus the Google server is getting information about which website of our internet presence you are visiting at that moment. Google will record your browser history when a "+1" button is displayed for up to two weeks for system maintenance and troubleshooting purposes. Any further evaluation of your visit of a website of our internet presence furnished with a "+1" button does not occur.
If you activate a "+1" button while being logged in at Google+ (Google Plus), Google will collect over your Google profile information about the URL recommended by you, your IP address and other browser-related information so that your "+1"-recommendation can be stored and can be made accessible to the public. Your "+1"-recommendations can be shown on the internet as hints, together with your profile name and your photo, in Google services such as search results or your Google profile (as "+1” tab in your Google profile) or other places on websites and adverts on the internet.
At the internet address below you can find data protection remarks of Google concerning the "+1" button with more information about collection, transfer and use of data by Google to your rights as well as your profile setting options: https://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html
